Cloud has transformed the way things get done, whether on a personal level, or a business level. We use all manners of cloud apps to get our daily tasks done, from chatting, to sharing files, to booking services, to checking and comparing prices, to finding information etc.
However, in the corporate IT space, the typical tool provided to companies are still email. Yet if you notice, a substantial amount of communication is no longer done via email. Where are these collaborations and communications done?
