Technical Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Involved in Microsoft 365 implementation project such as email migration from various platforms to Exchange Online. Documents migration from various platforms to OneDrive or SharePoint.
• Manage the project by providing project plan, timeline, risk / contingency planning, post migration project documentation and weekly report.
• Self-independent to works together with the customer, and other IT staff to make recommendations and consultation for enhancing the Microsoft 365 Collaboration infrastructure.
• Delegate administrative task by administers the customers user accounts and monitoring the email services and security by monitoring the logs and statistics reports.
• Self-discipline to perform first level troubleshoot and provide solution for email delivery incident, spam mail report or connection faulty that report from end users
• Submit support ticket to Microsoft on behalf customers

• Involved in Dropbox Storage Implementation & Data Migration.
• Involved in Email Security Implementation, Support & troubleshooting.
