It’s pretty amazing how much cloud technology helps us accomplish at work. Things that used to take days now take hours, and many small tasks—like updating a spreadsheet cell, accessing information on-site or preparing tender bid—are as easy as they should be. Still, these advances in cloud technology have created a new set of problems in many businesses:
- Your data grows everyday, and managing the access permissions and folder hierarchy the way your business wants it can be very difficult.
- Your business work with external parties everyday, but you can’t control what happens to your files once you share them.
- At times the technology becomes a hindrance especially when it has a complex user interface or what happens when you are in low internet connectivity.
- Getting work done requires constant switching between different apps—this usually means the content you need is often scattered across multiple apps.
With Dropbox Business you can manage your company data almost like a traditional file server, but better. However, bringing all of your content together is just the start.
In this event, we will share how companies use Dropbox Business to overcome their industry challenges — save time, cost and let your team focus on their everyday work without any hassle.
