MDEC Digitalization Grant
Fedelis is a MDEC Technology Solution Provider for Office 365. Through Fedelis your Office 365 purchase is entitled to MDEC Digitalization Grant of up to RM5,000 subject to eligibility requirements.
How can SME benefit from MDEC Grant?
Example 1:
Total purchase of Office 365 = RM3,000
50% of matching grant = RM1,500
Total payable by SME : RM3,000 – RM1,500 = RM1,500 (50% Savings!)
Example 2:
Total purchase of Office 365 = RM12,000
50% of matching grant = RM5,000 (max RM5,000)
Total payable by SME: RM12,000 – RM5,000 = RM7,000 (save RM5,000 !)
Am I eligible?
- at least 60% Malaysian owned
- registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia and classified as SME
- Manufacturing: Sales turnover not exceeding RM50 million OR full time employees not exceeding 200 workers
- Services and other sectors: Sales turnover not exceedingRM20 million OR full time employees not exceeding 75 workers
- in operation for a minimum of one (1) year with minimum annual sales turnover of RM100,000 OR in operation for more than two (2 ) years with minimum annual sales of RM 50,000 over the past consecutive 2 years.

What to prepare?
- Completed SME Digitalisation Initiative Application Form
- Copy of Identity Card or Passport of Director(s)
- Copy of business registration licenses (SSM, Form A/B, Form 24 & 49 and M&A or any similar forms under the Companies Act 2016).
- Audited financial statement for the last financial year OR company’s bank statement for the last two (2) months.
