It’s back to school January! Microsoft Malaysia Education Team would like to invite you to a forum to learn about your thoughts on two topics, homework and gamification. This event is specially curated by Microsoft’s Lai Li Kwan and Fedelis Microsoft MVP Vincent Choy.
The Future of Homework
We want to know what are the current homework distribution methods, is it working for you? How do you get the students’ parents involved in a student’s progress in school? Is homework still relevant in the future? As a wrapper, we would like to give a demonstration on a Microsoft vision on the future of homework that gives real-time feedback, parent communication and optimising an educator’s time marking.
Gamification in Lessons
For this slot, Microsoft would like to start off with a short snippet of what Minecraft: Education Edition is about and show some resources that are available. After this session, we would like to know if this sort of game would work for your school, and with resources available, do you think it is enough to start up a class using Minecraft as a teaching tool.
