Our senior consultant and MVP Vincent Choy organized a virtual event for SEA MVPs and their invited friends called Communicate with Intention. In this event, Master Communications Trainer Ong Mei Lin shared on how our personalities can be classified into 4 colors, and how each of the colors behave and react to being communicated to. The audience got a glimpse on how to approach a conversation with people of various personalities from perspectives of a loved one, a business prospect, and also a potential phish victim.
