We look beyond the actual cloud application, and evaluate the business issues surrounding it. Will there be bandwidth issues after implementation, and would there be a need to archive? What about branches with poor internet speeds? We work with a number of quality third-party vendors that provide solutions like cloud proxies, load balancers (3G & WAN), QOS appliances, cloud backups, & etc to complement the Office365 deployment.
If you are not sure whether the Office 365 is suitable for your company, we will work with you to do a Cloud Suitability Assessment exercise.
Through a specific set of questions, we help you determine how cloud services impact your users and environment.
From Exchange Online deployment and migration services, to document management, forms and customizations on Sharepoint Online, to full conference implementation with Skype for business and Polycom, to Yammer Enterprise Social Journey Consultation, and encryption, RMS and DLP found under Azure RMS or the E3 plans.
Microsoft is all about choice, and Office 365 is no different. Microsoft offers a wide range of options, which include individual products with different plans, bundled plans, to third-party add-on products.
Staff at Malaysia-based publisher MPH Group often struggled to send emails with graphics-file and video attachments. In mid-2012, the firm moved 350 employee email accounts into the cloud with Microsoft Exchange Online, part of Microsoft Office 365. The transition was easy, and the company reduced IT costs by USD3,000 each year. Now, employees have richer, secure, reliable email they can easily access on their own mobile devices.
Niro Ceramic Group is expanding throughout the Asia-Pacific region with the help of productivity and cloud solutions company Microsoft’s Office 365, said the ceramic tile manufacturer, which operates in Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Spain and India.
Niro Ceramic Group’s executive director Ian Kok said that IT partner FEDELIS rolled out the solution and also got users to adopt Microsoft’s Office 365 capabilities like OneDrive (cloud storage), Yammer (enterprise social networking) and Skype for Business (a voice and video collaboration tool to connect with co-workers) to drive strong communications.
“We believe that Cloud Computing will support and complement the continued growth of Niro. With Office 365, we’re able to scale as our business grows, increase productivity through 21st century collaborative tools and we can feel confident that confidential information is stored and backed-up securely.”
